This Contract is between the property owners Mr Andrew John Hall and Mr Paul Anthony Edwards, and the party leader who must sign the booking form accepting the conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form, including those substituted or added by agreed amendment of the booking. A contract exists when you have paid a deposit and we have accepted and confirmed your booking in writing. The party leader accepts these conditions on behalf of all the persons in your party. Only persons named on on the booking form are entitled to use our property.

Insurance: Guests are required to have the necessary travel insurance appropriate to the duration of stay at the property.

Pool: Our property has its own swimming pool, the owners mentioned above and the owner’s agents do not accept liability for injury caused as a result of the swimming pool. Guests are reminded not to allow children to use the swimming pool unsupervised.

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned prior to the arrival of our guests and after they depart. If you do require a clean during your stay this has to be requested before arrival.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing to the owners of the property and will be charged to the following cancellation rates. More than 2 months before departure, full deposit. 1 month to 2 months, half deposit or less the 4 weeks to departure full rental cost.

Responsibility: The party must treat our property, it’s furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the Management Company. The Client must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. The owners reserve the right to withhold any moneys from the security bond to pay for any loss or damage caused to the property its contents by any member of the party.

Arrival: Arrival at the property should be after 16:00hrs unless otherwise arranged with the owners. The property has to be vacated at 10:00hrs on the day of departure.

Pool Heat: The pool heat is an option and is charged for at the appropriate rate.

Climate: Please be aware the Florida climate is tropical and is the home to many insects etc. Our home is treated on a regular basis to repel unwanted visitors, but occasionally they find a way inside. please feel freel to use the appropriate product.

Use of our property: Only those persons mentioned on the booking form are to use the property. Any amendments to the occupancy must be reported to the owners. the property will accommodate up to Ten persons and no more.

Smoking: Please limit smoking only to the outside of the property.

Pets: No pets allowed.
